Good to know

Three Pines is on a secluded gravel road - far away from road noise. Unwind and relax in adirondack chairs by the water or have morning coffee on the deck. There's strong high speed wifi and a 4K television if you are in the mood for entertainment.

Other Details to Note

- Well behaved dogs are welcome (limit 2, we are unable to accommodate pit bulls, Doberman pinschers and Rottweilers due to insurance stipulations). - We are unable to accommodate cats because of a family member’s allergy. - There are six steps to get from the driveway to the house. - There are two flights of stairs to get from the deck to the waterfront. - The living area of the house is all on one level. - The bedroom is small and cozy. - The driveway and lakefront have security cameras facing away from the house which are turned on when the house is unoccupied. Dogs are welcome (limit 2). We are unable to accommodate cats because of a family member’s allergy. This is a quite neighborhood. Outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum, and no loud music should be played outside (there’s a great speaker setup inside, though!).

Had a great stay and Luke and Joy’s. The cabin was clean, beautiful and well appointed. Was so fun to spend time on the lake. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

Three Pines Lake House is such a special place. This was our second visit and it offered just as much relaxation and serenity as the first time. Cossayuna Lake is perfect for swimming or exploring on the various watercraft the hosts provide. Watching the sun set each night over the water was such a treat. The home itself features an extremely comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, lovely areas for reading/writing/working, and two smart TVs with many entertainment options. The location is also an excellent home base for exploring the region's many hiking, eating, and sightseeing opportunities. Luke and family are such thoughtful hosts. Clear, friendly instructions and communication throughout. This is one of our favorite places to stay, and it's a hit with our dog too. We hope to return again. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Luke & Joy's lake house. We especially enjoyed having fires in their solo stove by the water so much that we bought one for ourselves.

We had an amazing stay at Three Pines lake house. It looks just like the pictures. The house is immaculate and very cozy. Luke and Joy really know what they are doing. Very informative, many suggestions for dining and activities. You are right on the water with plenty to do. They have kayaks, canoe, water mat etc. You can fish right off the dock or just sit back and relax on either deck with beautiful views. It’s just incredible. Our pup learned how to swim there and by the time we left he was jumping off the dock! We also enjoyed the fire pit on the deck by the water while watching the beautiful sunsets. If you need to unwind this is definitely the place to be.

This house was way better than we could have hoped for and we will be back!! Truly an ideal spot. The house seemed bigger than the pictures and the decks and views are incredible. There are neighbors close-ish on one side, but we never saw them all week. The access to the lake is exactly as described- walk down the steps and you’re there. The house had everything we needed and more. Could have easily stayed much longer. Our dogs had the best time of all. Luke and Joy had great restaurant and activity suggestions (nothing is super close, but we were very happy hanging at the house/lake most of the time and then taking an occasional excursion). Perfect place if you’re looking for a laid back lake trip.

Luke and Joy's house was easy to find. The parking was a little tight but manageable. House was spotless! Also, very well-stocked, much more so than other rentals I've stayed in. There's a detailed book with the all the information you need. Everything was easy to find/operate. The bed was very comfortable. Luke and Joy responded quickly to all communications and were very accommodating. Very peaceful location with a wonderful lake view and breathtaking sunsets. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here and absolutely would stay here again! Not only are the lake and house incredible, but Luke and Joy’s notes, instructions, and supplies really made our stay complete. They clearly put a lot of effort and care into hosting. We loved spending time on the decks, using the canoe, kayaks, and paddle boards, and fishing off the dock. Such a peaceful vacation and an awesome way to kick off the summer!
